Central Railway Recruitment 2022 for 21 Sports Quota Posts | Central Railway Recruitment:In Employment News (26 November-05 December 2022), the Central Railway has issued a recruitment notice for various Sports Quota positions.Candidates who are interested and qualified can submit applications for these positions by December 12, 2022.

For the Central Railway Recruitment 2022-23, applicants must be at least 18 years old and at least 25 years old as of January 1, 2023.

These positions are open to all, regardless of community, according to the brief announcement, and there is no reservation for SC/ST/OBC.In addition, only candidates who passed the Trials will be invited to the next step.

Eligibility criteria for Central Railway Recruitment 2022

Education Qualification 

• 5/4 : Minimum Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University. 
• 3/2 : passed the 12th grade (plus a second stage) or an equivalent examination, completed an Act Apprenticeship, or an ITI approved by NCVT or SCVT. Note:1) An engineering diploma will not be accepted as a substitute for a higher qualification.

Age Limit 

• As of January 1, 2023, the minimum age is 18 and the maximum is 25.Only those born between January 1, 1998 and January 1, 2005 (inclusive) are eligible to apply.Candidates who were born after December 31, 1997, are ineligible.Candidates born on or after February 1, 2005 are also ineligible.There will be no age restrictions for any community of candidates.

Selection Process

• All eligible candidates will be called for trial and after trial, only the FIT candidates (securing 25 or more, out of 40 marks) shall be assessed for next stage of recruitment. Candidates declared NOT FIT by the Trial Committee, will not be assessed further by the Recruitment Committee

Application Fees

• For all  candidates except those  mentioned in sub - Para (ii) below : Rs. 500/- 
• For  candidates belonging to  SC/ST/Ex- Servicemen/Persons with  Disability/  Women/Minorities* and Economic Backward Class* : Rs. 250/-
