Online status hiding feature has been added in WhatsApp. After enabling this feature you will not be able to see anyone online even while chatting. This feature is currently available for some beta testers. According to the report, users will get the option to hide online status in the last seen section. In the last scene, users get four options to hide their last scene: Everyone, My Contacts, My Contact Except and Nobody. So for online status, the company is giving beta testers the option of Everyone and Same as last seen.
