The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation In Short (IRCTC) has recently launch Confirmtkt official application allowing passengers to book tickets. In past this facility was only available on the physical counter. Now the apk will allow users too see the seats availability on various trains and book tickets online. Apk users no longer need to provide the number to get those details. 

 

 

Tatkal tickets are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and travellers need to book such tickets 24 hours before the departure of the respective train.

The application will also allow users to save their information for faster ticket booking. The application can be downloaded from the IRCTC website or the Google Playstore.

Confirmtkt online booking step by step process

1. First of all select source and destination railway stations. 
2. Then select the date of the travel.
   
3. Choose train from the list of trains from the source and destination your destination. 
4. Selected train Class.
   
5. Select the boarding point.
   
6. Now enter passenger details.
   
7. Enter contact information like mobile number and email id. 
   
8. Then select other preferences 
9. Enter details of GST if applicable 
10. Now, make payment through any online mode. (Google Pay, PhonePay, MI Pay, BHIM etc..) 
11. After entering IRCTC credentials correctly, the train ticket would be booked and the passenger will receive it on user mobile and email that have given while booking the train ticket.
