In the year 2014, under this scheme, Rs 45,000 was provided for housing assistance, after which the amount was raised to 70 thousand. So now the amount has been increased to 1.20 lakh instead of 70 thousand. About 20,000 families in the state will be provided this assistance. Thus, species including SC-ST, OBC will get this benefit.

Document To Be Needed :-

1. Adhar card of the applicant.
2. Ration card.
3. Election credentials.
4. Example of applicant Caste/ sub caste.
5. Example of total annual income of the applicant.
6. Proof of Residence :(Electricity bill, License,Lease agreement, copy of election card.
7. Back passbook/cancelled cheque (applicant name).
8. Land ownership Base/Document/size From/Right from/charter from (as applicable).
9. Copy of the map showing the area of the land on which the building is to be construed, signed by Talati-cum-minisirter.
10. Building construction lot.
11. An affidavit stating that he has not availed of this scheme before.
12. Example of husband death (if a widow).

Rules For Benefits :-

• If the application does not contain the required details or if the application is incomplete, it will be automatically rejected. 
• The application for assistance in Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Awas Yojana has to be made online. The required documents along with the application will also have to be uploaded online. 
• FAQs on the Dash Board of esamakalyan.gujarat.gov.in is given in the developing website. After thorough study, the applicant has to apply online. Also special information will be available from the office of the Deputy Director of the District, District Social Welfare Officer, Developing Castes. 
• If there is a general defect in the online application, if the Deputy Director is asked to complete it by the District Social Welfare Officer (Developing Caste), the application should be sent to the District Officer within 15 days, after which the application received will be considered.

 

 

Eligibility criteria for pandit din dayal upadhyay Awas Yojana :-

• The annual income limit is Rs.1,20,000 
• The annual income limit for urban areas is Rs. 1,50,000.
  
• Own land should be have a plot of land.
• Extremely thought free Caste issue are given first priority. 
• Assistant criteria.
• Assistant up to 1,20,000/-in the urban housing scheme.
  

Eligibility Criteria :-

If any person wants to take benefit and apply under Deendayal Awas Yojana, then that person must have come in the eligibility given below. If the beneficiary is not eligible for this scheme, then he will also not be eligible to take the benefit under Pandit Dindayal Awas Yojana. • Arjadar should be a resident of Gujarat State. 
• Arjadar should be a vimukti, very backward caste or a widow woman of Gujarat.
• If the beneficiary who wants to take benefit of Pandit Deendayal Awas Yojana is from rural area, then the annual income of his family should not exceed Rs. 1.20 lakh. And if the beneficiary is from the urban area, then the annual income of his family should not exceed 1.50 lakhs.
•  Any person from the family of the applicant who wants to take the benefit should not have another house or plot.
• No person from Arjadar’s family should have a government job.  
• If a person has been given a plot by the government for free, then he will also be eligible to take benefits under Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Awas Yojana. 
• To take benefit under this scheme, the applicant should have his own plot or kutcha house.

 

 

Amount of Assistance :-

• Under Pandit Dindayal Yojana, the Government of Gujarat will give financial assistance of Rs. 1,48,920/-. 
• To build a toilet under Pandit Dindayal Awas Yojana, you have to apply separately. 
• Under Pandit Dindayal Yojana, the help will be given to the beneficiary in 3 installments. 
• The first installment of Rs 40,000 will be given to the beneficiary to start the construction of the house. 
• The second installment of Rs.60,000 will be given. This installment will be available after the construction of the house reaches the lintel level. 
• The assistance received under this scheme will be deposited in the bank account of the beneficiary. 
• The third and final installment of Rs 20,000 will be given. This installment amount will be given by the beneficiary after completing the work of the entire house. 
• Rs. 19920 will be given separately from MNREGA for construction of toilets.
