25 HOME WORKOUT FITNESS PLAN FOR HEALTHY LIFE


In this era of  modern life every one wants to look young,fit and healthy . But sometimes we can not even able to take care of our self and sometimes we cant get that time to go to gym,And to do exercise .If you wants to live healthy life and wants look young and fit than we are going to shortlist some Home workout plan for healthy life .so let's check it out

ONLY HARD EXCERCISING ALONE IS NOT ONLY A  PERFECT FITNESS MANTRA. YOU CAN EVEN DO BETTER FOR YOUR FITNESS WITH FOLLOWING HOME WORKOUT PLAN.


1.Home workout with yoga,pranayam
wake up early in the morning.And start home workout with yoga,Pranayam,or surya namaskar.

2.Sleep well
3.Meditation.
Do regular meditation for 30 minutes.(This workout should be done on peaceful places.

Minimum 6-7 hours of rest needed. But it should not be more than 8 hours as it will lead to fatigues and tiredness .
4.Green tea.
Avoid drinking of  tea. In place of it use green tea.If you can not afford green tea than (lemon+honey+warm water) is preferable.And this is the best workout plan to reduce your weight also.

5.Walking.
start walking for 30 minutes.You can use your garden or else you can purchase treadmill for this workout.

6.Avoid using backed foods and Fermented snacks.
7.balanced lunch.
Take balanced lunch with rice ,and beans.don't take anything else  between your breakfast and lunch except water."GOOD DIETING IS ALSO EXCERCISING"

8. Drink more water.
Drink maximum amount of water during the day.As it will help to neutralize your body.And Will helps to removal of toxins from the body.

9. If possible Take a rest after taking your lunch.

10.Take lite dinner at night fruits and vegetables are more preferable.

11. Warm water.

Don't drink water immediately after your meal .As digestion is water removal process .it will take longer then your expected time to digest if you will drink water immediately after your meal .You can drink water before your meal.
12.Drink warm water if possible, avoid uses of refrigerated and chilled water.

13.Stop eating junk foods,cold drinks and outside snacks.
14.Avoid smoking and habitual addiction.

15.Take healthy break fast.
